Christmas Bauble

Here’s my simple cinquain poem, describing a bauble through different types of word and expression – adjectives, action-words and metaphors.

Perhaps your children (class or family) would like to write a 5-line poem about a shiny Christmas decoration too.

Here’s a writing frame and, below it, some ideas to nudge for if any spurs needed.

If you’d like to take screenshots for private/school use (non-commercial), you’re welcome.

Before I go, the animals within the pages of my new book – Squeak! Squawk! Roar! – would like to say –
MERRY CHRISTMAS! โ„๐Ÿงโ„

Merry Christmas from me too!
