Today’s featured resource from my TES store is:

2 Nature Poems – Trees + Rivers (by me): £2.00 to download.  Click for link.

The poems are titled: ‘Can You Hear the Treetops’ and ‘Our River’, both of which can be found on my YouTube Channel too, with illustrations.

Both poems are, of course, written for children, and both consider the sounds and behaviours of their subjects, through personification. The trees seem to be whispering secrets to each other, while the river appears to represent different things on different days – loud, quiet, reflecting…
